Care Lab Collective at the Disability Innovation Forum 2026

Disability innovation must include support for families raising neurodivergent and disabled kids.

Who we are

Care Lab Collective is a disability-affirming digital community built by parents raising neurodivergent and disabled kids.

We connect caregivers across geography and diagnosis with peer support, advocacy resources and learning, because investing in caregivers is essential to a sustainable disability ecosystem.

“A lifeline.” — Founding Member

What we’ve done so far:

  • 54% trial-to-membership conversion rate since our February 2026 launch.

  • 95 workshops led by parent-advocates and neuroaffirming providers.

  • More than 40 years of founders’ combined experience as advocates, program designers, and staff trainers.

Ways to partner:

1. Group memberships

Give the families you serve direct access to Care Lab’s community, workshops and advocacy resources.

2. Caregiver ERG and EAP support

Facilitated peer support and workshops through your employee resource groups (ERGs) or employee assistance programs (EAPs), for employees parenting neurodivergent and disabled kids of any age.

3. Training for leaders, managers and educators

Workshops and consultation on building sustainable cultures where caregivers can do their best work.
